REFUND POLICY

Institute For Transformational & Societal Studies, INC maintains the following refund policy:

• Donations are generally non-refundable.
• Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once promotional placement or sponsorship acknowledgment begins.
• Event registration fees may be non-refundable unless cancellation terms are specifically provided.
• Regalia purchases, printed materials, custom recognition items, and certificates are generally non-refundable.
• Leadership course payments may be subject to installment agreements and payment deadlines.
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Institute.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or removal from participation, recognition, or event privileges.
