By participating in any Institute For Transformational & Societal Studies, INC program, course, fellowship, honorary recognition initiative, scholarship initiative, sponsorship program, event, or service, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All submitted information must be accurate and truthful.
• Participation fees, sponsorship contributions, donations, regalia purchases, and event payments may be subject to non-refundable terms unless otherwise stated.
• The Institute reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, policies, event dates, leadership structures, and participation requirements at any time.
• Participants are expected to uphold respectful, professional, and ethical conduct.
• Harassment, discrimination, defamation, threats, misconduct, or unethical behavior may result in removal from programs without refund.
• Unauthorized use of Institute branding, logos, certificates, documents, or intellectual property is prohibited.
• The Institute reserves the right to deny or revoke participation or recognition if false information, misconduct, or misrepresentation is identified.

Participation in Institute programs does not guarantee employment, licensing, certification, financial benefit, academic credit, or professional credentialing unless explicitly stated.
